Iskol\u00e1nk logisztikai \u00fcgyint\u00e9z\u0151 szakmacsoportos oszt\u00e1ly\u00e1val 2015. j\u00fanius 8-\u00e1n egy nagyon \u00e9rdekes tanulm\u00e1nyi kir\u00e1ndul\u00e1son vett\u00fcnk r\u00e9szt a balotasz\u00e1ll\u00e1si sz\u00e9khely\u0171 Lad\u00f3-Rec Kft-n\u00e9l. A csal\u00e1di v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1st 1992-ben Lad\u00f3czki Istv\u00e1n \u00e9s feles\u00e9ge alap\u00edtott\u00e1k Lad\u00f3 Bt. n\u00e9ven. K\u00e9s\u0151bb, ahogy b\u0151v\u00fcltek \u00e9s sz\u00e9lesedtek a partnerkapcsolatok, a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s neve Lad\u00f3-Rec Kft-re v\u00e1ltozott \u00e9s 2012. \u00f3ta \u00fcgyvezet\u0151k\u00e9nt a mindennapi ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s c\u00e9gvezet\u00e9si feladatokba bekapcsol\u00f3dtak a gyermekeik: Lad\u00f3czki Istv\u00e1n \u00e9s Lad\u00f3czki M\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

A c\u00e9g f\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9vel a hullad\u00e9kfeldolgoz\u00e1si, hullad\u00e9kkezel\u00e9si, irat- \u00e9s adathordoz\u00f3 megsemmis\u00edt\u00e9si piac egyik elismert szerepl\u0151j\u00e9v\u00e9 v\u00e1lt Magyarorsz\u00e1gon. A fiatal \u2013 t\u00f6bb nyelven besz\u00e9l\u0151, fels\u0151fok\u00fa v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9ggel rendelkez\u0151 \u2013 testv\u00e9rp\u00e1r nagyon szeml\u00e9letes p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul szolg\u00e1lt tanul\u00f3ink sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy a tud\u00e1s \u00e9s az al\u00e1zatos, kitart\u00f3 munka mennyire n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zhetetlen tartoz\u00e9ka a mindennapi piaci jelenl\u00e9tnek \u00e9s versenyben val\u00f3 fennmarad\u00e1snak.<\/p>\n

A j\u00f6v\u0151 logisztikusait nagy szeretettel fogadt\u00e1k, t\u00fcrelemmel \u00e9s szak\u00e9rtelemmel v\u00e1laszoltak a tanul\u00f3k \u00e1ltal el\u0151re \u00f6sszegy\u0171jt\u00f6tt k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekre. C\u00e9gismertet\u0151j\u00fckb\u0151l megtudhattuk, hogy az \u00e9vek sor\u00e1n megtermelt profitot a kezdetekt\u0151l visszaforgatj\u00e1k a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sba, a folyamatos b\u0151v\u00fcl\u00e9sen \u00e9s fejl\u0151d\u00e9sen t\u00fal nagy hangs\u00falyt helyeznek az \u00fcgyf\u00e9l-el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9gre. Sz\u00e1mukra mindig a megrendel\u0151 partner az els\u0151, akiknek hat\u00e9konyan \u00e9s gyorsan igyekeznek szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st ny\u00fajtani.<\/p>\n

A feldolgozott hullad\u00e9kot \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00f3 helyre viszik, itt sz\u00e1mos k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi gy\u00e1rral \u00e1llnak kapcsolatban. Jelenleg kb. 700 tonna a havi feldolgozotts\u00e1g, ami csak javulni fog a k\u00f6zelj\u00f6v\u0151ben, mivel egy 55 MFt \u00f6sszeg\u0171 beruh\u00e1z\u00e1si p\u00e1ly\u00e1zattal hamarosan \u00fczembe \u00e1ll\u00edtj\u00e1k egy \u00faj \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u0171 csarnokban az \u00faj b\u00e1l\u00e1z\u00f3 g\u00e9pet.<\/p>\n

A hullad\u00e9k-kezel\u00e9s \u00e9s feldolgoz\u00e1s a logisztik\u00e1nak egy nagyon fontos ter\u00fclete. \u00c9rdekes volt sz\u00e1munkra nem csak elm\u00e9letben megismerni ezt a ter\u00fcletet, hanem a gyakorlatban is v\u00e9gigk\u00f6vetni a hullad\u00e9k-gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1snak a teljes folyamat\u00e1t a (az iratok telepre sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l kezdve a megsemmis\u00edtett iratok \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1si lehet\u0151s\u00e9geivel bez\u00e1r\u00f3an).<\/p>\n

Az \u00fczeml\u00e1togat\u00e1st k\u00f6vet\u0151en tanul\u00f3ink nagyon pozit\u00edvan nyilatkoztak a frissen szerzett tapasztalataikr\u00f3l.<\/p>\n
