We provide services for the collection and destruction of expired official documents in a safe and secure environment.
Transportation, guarding and destruction of documents collected by us takes place according to the following laws and regulations: Act LXVI of 1995, Act CLV of 2009, Act CXII of 2011, Act V of 2013, Government Decree 98/1995 (VIII. 24.). Document materials are forwarded to the mechanical shredder after the removal of metal and plastic parts. The pulp is then pressed /baled/, and transported directly to a paper plant from where it is recycled into new paper.
Scrapped documents are collected without value. The client is provided a certificate of acceptance at collection, as well as a destruction acknowledgement.
Transportation, loading and destruction is carried out by our staff and machinery, at our own expense (depending on quantity).
Should our clients need to supervise the document destruction process on-site, they can request it by asking for an appointment. The documents to be destroyed are transported within 72 hours, and the destruction process starts immediately after the arrival of the documents at our site.
